14-Year-Old Capital Region Student Made Threats Of Mass Harm, Police Say A 14-year-old student from the region has been arrested for allegedly making threats of mass harm to a high school through email. The incident occurred in Saratoga County on Wednesday, Sept. 11, at Shenendehowa High School West in Clifton Park. According to Saratoga County Sheriff's Capt. Daniel Morley, the student, made several threatening emails to Shenendehowa High School West.
