Fatal Crash: Drunk 28-Year-Old Caused Head-On Capital Region Wreck Killing Woman, Police Say More than a month after a beloved wife and mother was killed in a head-on highway crash in the region, the man allegedly responsible has been arrested. In Albany County, Bethlehem Police arrested Saratoga County resident Matthew Monthie, age 28, of Clifton Park on Friday, June 7, on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter and related charges in the death of Shawna Marzahl.
