Brandon Arsenault Indicted For Fake Bomb In New York: DA
A New York man accused of planting a fake bomb at a park has been indicted by a grand jury, authorities said Tuesday, May 26.
Brandon Arsenault, 26, of Cohoes, was charged with first-degree placing a false bomb or hazardous substance, the Albany County District Attorney’s office said. He pleaded not guilty and was held without bail at Albany County jail.
