'Concerning' Interactions Between Person, Students At Hudson Valley HS Being Investigated School officials in the Hudson Valley are warning of "concerning" interactions between an individual and students off-campus of a high school.  The "incidents" have been taking place in Dutchess County outside of John Jay High School in East Fishkill, said Dr. Dwight Bonk, the superintendent of the Wappingers Central School District.
