6 Cows On Run After Tractor-Trailer Hauling Cattle Crashes In Region Six cows are on the loose tafter a trailer hauling cattle crashed, dumping 15 cows onto a busy highway.  The incident occurred in Orange County at 6:15 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 20, at the intersection of I-84 and Route 6 in Deerpark. Fatal Crash: 34-Year-Old ID'd As Victim In Hudson Valley One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash in the region. It happened around 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 18 in Orange County on Park Avenue in the city of Port Jervis. A passenger vehicle traveling in a westerly direction crossed the center double-yellow line, according to Port Jervis Chief of Police William J. Worden. The car then struck a large flatbed tow truck operating in an easterly direction.
