Long Island residents Eugene Austin, age 60, of Port Jefferson, and his son Brandon Austin, age 27, of Coram, are named in an indictment that was unsealed in Manhattan federal court on Wednesday, July 12. The incident took place on Long Island after the 82-year-old woman was pronounced dead at 11:15 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, at Waters Edge Rehab and Nursing Center in Port Jefferson, the Suffolk County Police said. Aidan Kaminska, age 19, died on Monday, May 30, at his family's home in Port Jefferson, according to UMass officials. A Port Jefferson High School alumni, Kaminska was a football and lacrosse star at the school where he set a high school record for the number of receptions during a football game on Long Island at 17.
