A man from the region faces multiple charges after allegedly breaking into a garage and stealing cash and a vehicle, according to the New York State Police. Dutchess County resident Markus R. Rosien, age 22, of Milan, was arrested following an investigation by New York State Police from the Rhinebeck barracks. Authorities say Rosien forced his way into Triebel’s Garage in Red Hook on two occasions, taking a small amount of cash and a vehicle. New Update: 25-Year-Old Hudson Valley Man ID'd As Bridge Jumper
A 25-year-old Hudson Valley man has been identified as the person who jumped off an area bridge to their death. The incident took place in Dutchess County around 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 1 at the Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge in Rhinebeck. The victim is Dutchess County resident Alex J. Brailey, age 25, of the town of Milan, said Trooper AJ Hicks of the New York State Police.
