Know Him? Police Searching For This Halfmoon Burglary Suspect State Police are asking the public for help identifying a man who allegedly committed a burglary. The incident occurred in Saratoga County in October in Halfmoon. According to state police from Clifton Park, the man has a very distinct "518" tattoo on their right hand and a large tattoo on the right side of their neck.
