16-Year-Old Busted In Stolen Car With Loaded Handgun In Capital District, Police Say A teenager from the Capital District is behind bars after he was allegedly caught driving a stolen car with a loaded handgun. Albany Police said they tried stopping the driver near First and Judson streets at around 8:30 p.m. Monday, May 20, but he refused to stop. When the officer activated their emergency lights, the teen reportedly drove north on Judson Street at a high rate of speed before striking several cars near Livingston Avenue. At that point, the driver took off on foot, police said. Officers were able to catch up and arrest the suspect, who was identified as a 16-year-old boy…
