The incident occurred in Dutchess County around 9 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 12. on Rinaldi Boulevard. According to the City of Poughkeepsie Police, all responding officers and detectives searched for the suspect, who managed to escape. Drug-Dealing Duo Nabbed In Hudson Valley, Police Say Two Dutchess County alleged drug dealers have been charged with the criminal sale of controlled substances after an investigation by a drug task force. Dutchess County residents Tyrese Elting, age 24, of the town of Poughkeepsie, and Brandon Mima, age 20, from the city of Poughkeepsie were arrested on Tuesday, Nov. 14 during separate raids by the Dutchess County Task Force.
