Car Plows Into Porch In 2-Vehicle Wreck In Hudson Valley A crash involving a vehicle that hit a Hudson Valley porch caused injuries. The incident happened on Wednesday, Jan. 29 in Rockland County, when two cars collided in the area of Hybrid Lane and Hanes Lane in Monsey, according to The Monsey Scoop. One car partially crashed into a house's porch.  Spring Hill EMS, Monsey firefighters, and the Ramapo Police Department responded to the crash. Tornado Touched Down In NY During Round Of Severe Storms: Here's When, Where A tornado touched down in New York State during a round of severe storms, the National Weather Service has announced following a survey of the damage. The tornado hit the village of West Winfield in southern Herkimer County late Saturday morning, June 22. It's about 60 miles east of Syracuse and 85 miles west of Albany.
