Hudson Valley Man Busted Selling Crack At Public Housing Facilities After Complaints A man from the region was busted for allegedly selling crack cocaine in a public housing authority area. Dutchess County resident Victor Smith, age 66, of Poughkeepsie, was charged on Thursday, Sept. 26 at his Poughkeepsie home. According to Det. Sgt. Hudson Valley Fentanyl Dealer Busted By Drug Task Force, Police Say An alleged fentanyl dealer was busted by a drug task force after receiving resident complaints and recent overdoses in the region. Orange County resident Jermaine Boykin, age 46, of Newburgh, was arrested on Tuesday, June 4, in Dutchess County in Poughkeepsie. According to Det. Sgt.
