Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Dog In Hudson Valley A Hudson Valley man is facing charges after police say they received a complaint that he was having sexual contact with a dog. Late in the afternoon on Wednesday, June 12, in Ulster County, police arrested Michael J. Cook, age 39, of Saugerties.
