The occupants allegedly removed items from a mailbox in front of a home. The incident occurred in Rockland County around 12:10 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 8, in Tomkins Cove. Hudson Valley Man Charged After Firing Shotgun At Car Following Dispute A Hudson Valley man was charged with menacing after allegedly firing a shotgun at a car following a dispute. The incident occurred in Rockland County in Tomkins Cove on Thursday, Feb. 15, on West Shore Drive. According to Lt.
