Teen Who Killed Father Of 5 At Capital Region Store Gets Decades In Prison
A teenager who admitted to shooting and killing a father of five outside of a Family Dollar in the Capital Region last year will spend more than 20 years behind bars, authorities said. Jahteek Sanchez, age 17 or 18, pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter in Rensselaer County Court on Friday, May 17, in the death of Alexander Crawford, the Rensselaer County District Office said on Thursday, Aug. 15.
