23-Year-Old Found Shot In Broad Daylight In Region A man was found shot on a city street during an incident between several people in the region. The fight occurred in Dutchess County at 6:20 p.m. on Thursday, Oct 24, on Mill Street in Beacon. According to Beacon Police Chief Thomas Figlia, officers found the injured 23-year-old Beacon resident on the street; all parties were still on the scene. Figlia said the unidentified victim was transported to the hospital, where he is listed in stable condition. Road Rage: Shots-Fired Incident Under Investigation In Region A road-rage confrontation on a busy highway led to the arrest of one man who allegedly fired shots at another car in the region. The incident occurred in Dutchess County at 3:35 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 23, on the Dutchess Turnpike near Degarmo Road in the town of Poughkeepsie. According to Capt. The incident occurred in Dutchess County at 9 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 22, on the Taconic State Parkway in LaGrange. According to Trooper AJ Hicks of the New York State Police, an investigation determined Putnam County resident Vikrant K.
