24-Year-Old Troy Man Slayed Albany Father Of 4: DA
A 24-year-old Troy man said he is not guilty of the death of a 30-year-old father of four in Albany, but a judge is not letting him back on the streets, authorities said. Daquan Arrington was charged with one count of second-degree murder, two counts of attempted murder, two counts of criminal possession of a weapon, and two counts of reckless endangerment in the first-degree, the Albany District Attorney's Office said on Thursday, Aug. 8.
