Young Woman Jumps To Death From NY Viaduct, Motorist Heard Her Fall: MTA A 24-year-old Hudson Valley woman jumped to her death from the Moodna Viaduct, which carries Metro-North Railroad's Port Jervis Line over the Moodna Creek early this week. Ryley S. Buononato, a resident of Amenia in Dutchess County, jumped around 2:45 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 16, according to an MTA spokesman. A motorist traveling on Otterville Road in Cornwall, where the viaduct is located, reported hearing an abnormal sound, the MTA said. The longtime Hudson Valley radio host and voiceover artist, whose voice guided MTA commuters for decades, died Sunday, Nov. 3, at a Dutchess County hospice center in Poughkeepsie. He was 80 years old. “The Family of Van Ritshie is sad to announce that ‘The Voice of the Hudson Valley’ has passed on to be with Jesus after a brief illness surrounded by family,” reads his obituary. 'Irate' Passenger Exposes Himself To Girls, Man Aboard Long Island Bus, Police Say A man is facing multiple charges after allegedly exposing himself to two minors on a Long Island bus. The incident happened in Cedarhurst, on an MTA bus that was traveling near Rockaway Turnpike and Rugby Road, at around 9:15 a.m. Monday, Aug. 19. Nassau County Police said a 30-year-old man and two girls, ages 17 and 7, were riding on the bus when another passenger “became irate,” pulled his pants down, and exposed himself to the victims.
