25-Year-Old Found Shot On Roadway In Region A 25-year-old man was found shot on a roadway in the region after police responded to multiple 911 calls. The incident occurred in Dutchess County around 10:30 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 3, in the area of Oakley Street and N. Clinton Street in the city of Poughkeepsie. According to Poughkeepsie Police, responding officers located the victim, who had sustained a gunshot wound to the arm.  Officers immediately applied a tourniquet, and the man was transported via EMS to an area hospital for treatment. It happened just after 3 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 24 in Central Nyack, outside CY's Restaurant and Lounge, located at 37 Route 59. Arrival officers discovered a woman with gunshot wounds to her leg and abdomen, lying on the ground in front of the establishment, Clarkstown Police said.
