Dealer Nabbed After Overdoses, Complaints From Residents In Region: Police Following a day of recent drug overdoses in the region, a drug task force nabbed a dealer who was allegedly selling fentanyl and crack cocaine. Dutchess County resident Leonardo De La Cruz, age 25, of Poughkeepsie was charged on Monday, Oct. 7, with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell after complaints and tips from residents.
