Section Of Busy Route In Northern Westchester To Close For Extended Time: Here's Where Part of a well-traveled route in Northern Westchester will soon close to traffic for a month as construction crews replace a blocked culvert.  The stretch of Route 116/121 between Baxter Road and the intersection of Route 121 (Peach Lake Road) and Route 116 (Titicus Road) will be closed for several weeks for culvert replacement by the New York State Department of Transportation.
