An alleged Hudson Valley drug dealer was busted at his home steps away from two schools selling fentanyl and crystal meth. Dutchess County resident William Frenza, age 59, of Pawling, was charged on Wednesday, Nov. 6, during a warrant search of his home by the Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office Drug Task Force. State and federal law enforcement officials are investigating after a Board of Elections office in the region received a suspicious package from an unknown foreign sender via UPS. Three people face a long list of charges in connection with a cocaine and methamphetamine distribution network that made drug sales at a restaurant in the region, officials announced.
