A New York woman and Chinese national has been federally indicted after prosecutors accused her of running an alleged sex trafficking operation out of residential brothels in the Boston area.
Zengzeng Liu, 40, of Flushing, New York, also known as "Bella," is accused of managing an international operation beginning no later than August 2025. A 36-year-old Westchester County man has been arrested for rape after allegedly sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl in a Bronx park, police said.
Yonkers resident Abundio Hernandez Cantu, 36, was arrested on Monday, June 29, in connection with the incident, which happened in the Bronx on Tuesday, June 23, the NYPD told Daily Voice.

A 62-year-old retired Army staff sergeant from New Jersey was shot and killed in Florida following a dispute over a parking space on Tuesday, June 30, authorities said.
