Police ID Man Found Lying In Hudson Valley Roadway And Later Died Police have identified a Hudson Valley man who was found lying on a roadway and later died. Chief Kyle Berardi of the Ulster Police said on Tuesday, Dec. 31, that Frank Herbert, age 66, of Ulster, was found after officers responded to a 911 call on E. Chester Street Bypass on Saturday, Dec. 28. According to Berardi, Herbert was lying in a prone position off the side of the roadway. Members of the Ulster Police Department and Ulster Hose Fire Co. began life-saving measures until Empress Ambulance arrived and transported Herbert to Health Alliance Hospital, where he was pronoun…

66-Year-Old Man Found Lying In Ulster Roadway Dies From Injuries: Police Ulster Police are seeking witnesses after a 66-year-old man was found lying in the roadway and later died from his injuries. The unidentified man was found around 7 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 28, on the E. Chester Street Bypass near the Bank of Greene County. The man was treated at the scene by police and members of Ulster Hose Fire Co. No. 5 before being transported by Empress Ambulance to Health Alliance Hospital, where he later died, according to the Ulster County Police Department.
