Il Pastaio will open a production facility in the Allenwood section of Gregg Township in Union County, Gov. Josh Shapiro announced at a groundbreaking ceremony on Thursday, Jan. 23. But for the homeless or lonely, it can be challenging to cope. To help, the First Baptist Church of Spring Valley will serve Christmas dinner and distribute coats and food packages to the homeless, indigent, and lonely on Christmas Day.
