After nearly 11 years of rave reviews in the Hudson Valley, a popular brewing company and restaurant is hopping the river to open a new dining venture. Dutchess County's Mill House Brewing Company in Poughkeepsie announced this month that it will open The Ridge by Mill House in Ulster County, in Highland.
