A 20-year-old New York man was charged after prosecutors said he was racing another vehicle on Route 17 in Paramus, NJ when he lost control and crashed into a Jeep, seriously injuring its driver.
Aiden C. Perez, 20, of Washingtonville, NY, was driving a 2015 Audi at a high rate of speed when he lost control while attempting to change lanes, causing the Audi to collide with a 2019 Jeep, at around 9:55 p.m. Tuesday, April 28, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
