Capital Region Trucker Killed Retrieving Item On Roadway A 36-year-old New York trucker was killed Friday morning, Aug. 16, when he climbed out of his cab after a small accident in Massachusetts before another truck crashed into him, authorities said.  In Hampden County, Nicholas Charles, a resident of Mechanicville in Saratoga County was struck just after 9:45 a.m. near mile marker 33 of Route 90 in Blandford, Massachusetts State Police said.  Police says Charles had struck a guardrail and noticed something had come dislodged from his truck, authorities said. Alert Issued For Capital Region Woman Missing Over Week Police are asking for help in locating a woman from the region who has been missing for over a week. Saratoga County resident Brittney Jaworski, age 38, of Mechanicville, was last seen on Monday, June 10, according to Mechanicville Police. Investigators said she may be in Schuylerville, Mechanicville, Cohoes, or Albany. Jaworski is 5-foot-2 and 130 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She has a full sleeve tattoo on her right arm.
