An alleged drug dealer in the region was busted after he was caught selling cocaine mixed with fentanyl in connection with a fatal car crash. Dutchess County resident Joseph M. Kundrat, age 32, of East Fishkill, was charged on Monday, Sept. 30, following an investigation by the Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office Drug Task Force. According to Task Force agent Det. Following a day of recent drug overdoses in the region, a drug task force nabbed a dealer who was allegedly selling fentanyl and crack cocaine. Dutchess County resident Leonardo De La Cruz, age 25, of Poughkeepsie was charged on Monday, Oct. 7, with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell after complaints and tips from residents. A man from the region was busted for allegedly selling crack cocaine in a public housing authority area. Dutchess County resident Victor Smith, age 66, of Poughkeepsie, was charged on Thursday, Sept. 26 at his Poughkeepsie home. According to Det. Sgt.
