Dutchess County resident Leonardo De La Cruz, age 25, of Poughkeepsie was charged on Monday, Oct. 7, with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell after complaints and tips from residents. Drug Task Force Nabs 3 Dealers From Region In Warrant Takedown: Police Three alleged Hudson Valley cocaine and fentanyl dealers were busted during a warrant takedown following an investigation sparked by residents' complaints.
