Have you seen him? A statewide alert has been issued for a New York man who's gone missing. Edmund Zielinski, age 55, is 6-foot-4, 220 pounds with gray/dirty blond hair, according to New York State Police, who note that he has a scar on his throat from vertebrae surgery. A New York attorney has admitted to running a scheme to defraud victims of nearly $6,000,000. Long Island resident Daniel Boldi, age 49, of Garden City acted as settlement agent and bank attorney in multiple property sales on Long Island and embezzled millions of dollars of his clients’ escrow and home loan funds, according to Nassau County District Attorney Anne T. Jamie Lambros died a hero. The 48-year-old New York resident, from Long Island's Deer Park, died Monday, Oct. 7, while trying to save a young boy and his mother in the waters of Bermuda. A woman has been sentenced to six months in jail for the double-fatal, hit-and-run crash in the region. Orange County resident Angela Fischl, age 25, of Newburgh, pleaded guilty to two counts of leaving the scene of an incident resulting in death on Tuesday, Oct. 15, Following her plea, she was sentenced to five years probation and six months in the Ulster County Jail.
