Woman Shot, Killed In Westchester, Suspect Dies In Bronx From Self-Inflicted Wound : Police A woman was found shot and killed outside a residence in the region and her suspect died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound following a police chase, according to authorities. The chain of events in Northern Westchester began just after 9:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9 in Yorktown. Multiple 911 calls were received reporting shots fired in the hamlet of Jefferson Valley in the area of the Coach N Four Apartments on East Main Street, according to the Yorktown Police Department.
