Woman Charged With Dwai After One-Car Crash In Westchester A Westchester woman who was in possession of crack cocaine was among 16 drivers in the Hudson Valley busted for alleged impaired driving over the weekend. Troopers from the New York State Police barrack in Cortlandt were called to Washington Street in Peekskill, where there was a report of a one-car crash. An investigation by the New York State Police Troop K Violent Gang Neighborhood Enforcement Team (VGNET) and the City of Poughkeepsie Police Department determined that 24-year-old Saiquan Deslandes of Poughkeepsie was dealing heroin in the Poughkeepsie area. New York State Police say that Jeremiah Twyman-Lasand of LaGrange exposed his genitals to a victim working at a gas station in the town of Wappinger on Friday, April 5. Twyman-Lasand was arrested and charged with public lewdness, a Class B misdemeanor. Twyman-Lasand was issued an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to return to the town of Wappinger Court on Wednesday, April 10. Police did not release a photo of Twyman-Lasand.
