Teen Charged With Murder For Fatal Daytime Shooting In Westchester A 16-year-old has been arrested and charged in connection to the fatal shooting of a 17-year-old in broad daylight in Westchester on Tuesday. Yonkers Police Det. Sgt. Dean Politopoulos announced on Wednesday, Jan. 30, that they have apprehended Yonkers Gavin Chisolm, 16, for this alleged role in the fatal incident. Police also identified his victim, Kasean Tuthill. Officers from the Yonkers Police Department were dispatched shortly after 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 29 to the area of South Broadway near the intersection of Vark Street, where there was a report of gunshots fired.
