Agitated Man Blocks Hudson Valley Roadway With Truck, Camper, Refuses To Move, Police Say A 53-year-old man was taken to an area hospital for a mental evaluation after he blocked an area roadway for more than 90 minutes after parking his truck and camping trailer across the road. At about 1:50 p.m. Friday, Feb. 10, multiple agencies in Ulster County responded to a Town of Rosendale residence on Springtown Road in the hamlet of Tillson after a 911 call was made for an unresponsive man.
