9 Teens Cause $30K In Damage To Hudson Valley Business, Police Say
Nine teens were nabbed for the burglary of an office building causing more than $30,000 in damages. The incident happened in Ulster County on Monday, May 1 in the town of Ulster at the I Park 87 property (former IBM campus) on Enterprise Drive. The teens, all from Dutchess County, ranging in age from 17 to 19, were arrested over the past week by the Ulster Police following a month-long investigation, said Chief Kyle S. Teen Brought 8-Inch Knife To School In Hudson Valley Intending To Stab Staff Member, Police Say
A 13-year-old student in upstate New York is facing charges after authorities say he brought an 8-inch knife to a school in the Hudson Valley and intended to stab a school staffer. The incident happened in Ulster County on Monday morning, May 16 at Ellenville Junior High School. Ellenville Police say that when officers arrived, the student was no longer in possession of the knife and was "isolated in a room with building administration." Teen Arrested For Stabbing His Father In Hudson Valley, Police Say
A teenager was taken into police custody after allegedly stabbing his father during a domestic dispute in the Hudson Valley, the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office announced. Detectives from the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office said that a 17-year-old from Port Ewen has been arrested for a felony count of first-degree assault and criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor, following an incident over the weekend.
