Anti-Semitic Graffiti Scrawled On Jewish Family's Home Under Construction In Putnam The Putnam County Sheriff's Office is investigating a possible hate crime that took place in the Village of Nelsonville. A Jewish family building a home in the village, a hamlet of Cold Spring, found swastikas and hate speech spray-painted on the home's walls and at the construction site. A spokesperson for the Putnam County Sheriff's Office confirmed the incident and said it is in the early stages of determining if the incident is a hate crime. The incident took place just days after a deadly shooting at Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh that killed 11 people and injured more injured.&…
