VICS Acquisition, based out of Texas, announced that it is recalling 99,975 pounds of products that may contain eggs, which was not declared on the product’s label. As of Friday, Feb. 1, all of the electricity used by the Katonah-Lewisboro School District will be from renewable sources, namely wind that is generated by turbines in Texas. Fugitive From Justice Nabbed In Red Hook A wanted man was taken into police custody in Dutchess County following an investigation into a fugitive from Texas. San Antonio resident Rafael Enrique Sosa III is behind bars after being arrested by officers from the Red Hook Police Department. Sosa was taken into police custody at approximately 12:10 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 15 on Holt Road in Red Hook. Sosa, 27, was arrested and charged with being a fugitive from justice.
