New York State Police say they responded to Wheeler Road in the town of Dover on the report of a car that had crashed into a tree. Further investigation revealed that the driver, identified as 22-year-old Taylor Aufiero of Poughkeepsie, was operating the vehicle with a BAC of .19 percent, according to police.
