The New York State Police in Northern Westchester County are searching for Andy Salazar, age 17, from Four Winds Hospital in the Lewisboro hamlet of Cross River. He was last seen on Friday, Sept. 27 at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Route 35 by Four Winds staff. He was wearing a black hoodie and black pants.
