Girlfriend Smuggles Drugs Into Capital Region Jail For Inmate Boyfriend, Police Say A woman’s attempt at smuggling drugs into a jail in the region for her inmate boyfriend ended with both of them facing criminal charges, police said. The incident happened Thursday, July 13, at the Saratoga County jail, according to sheriff’s officials. Caylee Ringer, age 26, of Salem in Washington County, was arrested at the jail after deputies discovered that she was allegedly trying to sneak suboxone into the facility.
