Two Charged With Selling Alcohol To Minors In New Area State Police Detail Two individuals have been charged with selling alcohol to minors after police say they conducted a detail of local businesses. New York State Police say they conducted plainclothes checks of 14 retail locations throughout Putnam County that sell alcohol to ensure compliance with state Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Law on Friday, Sept. 13.
