Man With Active Warrants Knocked Unconscious After I-84, I-91 Chase Ends In Crash A wanted man took Connecticut State Police troopers on a wild chase before crashing, knocking himself unconscious and toppling an allegedly stolen Jeep near a busy intersection. Police received a report of a stolen Jeep Grand Cherokee in Waterbury shortly after 2 p.m. on Monday afternoon. Troopers were told that the vehicle had been stolen earlier in the day near the Southington rest area on I-84.
