One Killed In Two-Vehicle Northern Westchester Crash One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash overnight in Northern Westchester. It happened around 7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12 on the northbound Saw Mill River Parkway at the Route 117 exit near the Mount Kisco/Bedford Hills border. As a result, northbound traffic was diverted off the parkway at Kisco Avenue while the roadway was closure for several hours during the accident investigation, Westchester County Police said. Saw Mill Parkway Stretch Reopens After Crash This story has been updated. A section of the Saw Mill Parkway has reopened after a serious crash caused its closure for hours in Northern Westchester. The crash, on the southbound side, happened near Exit 42 (Route 117) in Bedford on Friday morning, Feb. 7. The roadway reopened around 9:30 a.m. During the closure, traffic was detoured off at Exit 42 to southbound Route 117 to Exit 39back onto the southbound Saw Mill River Parkway.
