Firefighters were dispatched to an Aspinwall Road home shortly after 9 a.m. on Thursday, April 4, when a family made an emergency call. Teixeira, 48, was found unconscious inside his vehicle around 2:58 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23 in the area of 59 East Market St., said Hyde Park Police Chief Robert Benson. San Antonio resident Rafael Enrique Sosa III is behind bars after being arrested by officers from the Red Hook Police Department.
