17-Year-Old Hudson Valley Boy Charged In Rape Of Girl, 11 A 17-year-old boy has been charged with the rape of an 11-year-old girl, according to the Spring Valley Police Department. Kevin Guallpa-Lema was arrested after Spring Valley police were contacted by Child Protective Services regarding an 11-year-old girl who was not attending school regularly, said Officer Matthew Galli. A joint investigation found that the girl was the victim of sexual abuse and Guallpa-Lema was arrested, Galli said.  He was charged with rape and sexual abuse. He is being held on $50,000 bail.

Hudson Valley Man Accused Of Raping 13-Year-Old Twice, Police Say A 25-year-old man from the Hudson Valley has been charged in connection with raping a 13-year-old girl, according to state police. On Jan. 28, New York State Police from the Pine Plains barracks and the Rhinebeck Bureau of Criminal Investigation arrested Bryan C. McGarry of Clinton for two counts of rape in the second degree, a Class D felony. McGarry was arrested for having sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old victim on two separate occasions in 2017 in the town of Pine Plains.
