Expect Delays: Road Closures Planned During Weekend Celebration In Hudson Valley Town Authorities in the Hudson Valley are advising motorists to expect delays and road closures ahead of an event over the weekend. The Dutchess County Sheriff's Office said the Pleasant Valley Weekend Celebration, which is set to take place from Friday, Sept. 16, through Sunday, Sept. 18, will cause some road closures in the area.
