Man From Region Intentionally Crashed Car Into Woman, Breaking Her Leg: Police A 29-year-old woman remained in a New York hospital Friday, Sept. 6, after a man drove his car into her, breaking her leg and causing internal injuries, authorities said.  Trevaughn Haggray, age 29, of Schenectady, is charged with assault in the first degree and attempted assault in the first degree, Albany police said.  The woman was walking in Albany's Westgate Plaza at 911 Central Ave. with a friend around 11:30 a.m. when Haggray plowed into her, police said. The Greene County incident happened Friday evening, May 17, in the Village of Catskill. The save took place around 12:24 p.m. Wednesday when officers Devin Ludwig and Mark Liebermann responded to the area of Andrews Place, a public highway located in the Village of Wappingers Falls for a report of a male down, said Lt P. Wappingers Falls Police Use Narcan To Rescue Overdose Victim A Village of Wappingers Falls man is alive thanks to quick-acting cops and the use of Narcan. The incident happened around 1:30 p.m. Thursday when Officers Devin Ludwig and Joshua Kemlage responded the Tinkleman Plaza on Route 9 for a report of an unconscious male, said Sgt. P. Capparelli.
