Bill To Protect Indian Point Jobs Passes Senate, Entergy Says It Could Delay Decommissioning
Legislation to protect the more than 1,100 jobs at the Indian Point nuclear power plants when they are permanently shut down is closer to law. State Sen. Pete Harckham announced on Thursday, June 6 that his bill to help protect Indian Point workers was passed by the state Senate.
