Local residents charged were: Westchester County On Friday, Sept. 7, State Police from Brewster arrested Michele Drella, 53, of Mount Kisco, for DWI. The New York State Department of Transportation issued an advisory cautioning that from 9:30 a.m. through 2:30 p.m., there will be closures on the northbound lanes of the interstate between exit 2 (Route 120) and exit 3 (Route 22) in Harrison and North Castle. The work is planned from Tuesday, Sept. 4, through Friday, Sept. 7. Officials said that motorists can expect delays, and flaggers will be in the area to assist with the flow of traffic.

Police Dish Out 60 Tickets In Latest I-684 Detail More than 50 tickets were doled out during a special speed enforcement detail conducted by New York State Police troopers on I-684 in northern Westchester on Tuesday. During the special detail on Tuesday, Feb. 6, troopers in Bedford and North Castle busted 31 motorists for speeding on the interstate, and one driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated. In total, 61 tickets were dished out by troopers during the detail for various violations.
